The Service provides concierge support in Japan, including business opportunities, asset acquisition, real estate, sourcing, research, introductions, coordination, and on-site assistance.

2. Service Basis

The Service is provided on a case-by-case basis. We do not guarantee that all requests can be fulfilled or that specific outcomes will be achieved. We reserve the right to determine whether to accept a request.

3. Engagement Terms

Details such as scope, fees, timelines, and conditions will be presented individually and agreed upon before work begins.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information and cooperate as necessary for service delivery.

5. Confidentiality

We handle all client information with care and will not disclose it to third parties without valid reason.

6. Third-Party Relationships

Any contracts or transactions with third parties introduced through the Service are conducted at the client’s own responsibility.

7. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information and are not liable for damages except in cases of gross negligence.

14. Priority of Individual Agreements

15. Professional and Licensed Services

When services requiring licenses (lawyers, tax advisors, real estate agents, travel services, etc.) are involved, contracts are made directly between the client and those providers. We are not a party and are not responsible for their services.
